1. Return and Refund Eligibility

Return or refund is available only when the delivered product has a genuine issue.

You can request support if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • Product colour, design, or model is different from your order
  • Product size or measurement is different from the details shown on our website
  • Any part or accessory is missing
  • Is there any manufacturing defect

2. How to Report a Product Issue

If you find any issues after delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

You can call or email us with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Product video
  • Clear details of the issue

Return or refund requests will be reviewed only after checking the images, videos, and order details shared by the customer.

3. Return Time Period

If your product has a genuine issue, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To process the return, please share your order details, clear photos, and video proof with our support team. Return requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

4. No Return or Refund for Correct Products

If the product delivered is correct and has no damage, defect, wrong colour, wrong size, or any other genuine issue, then it cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Return Approval Process

Please do not return the product without approval from our support team.

Once we receive your complaint, our team will check the photos, videos, and order details. If the issue is confirmed, we will guide you for the next step, such as return, replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the case.

6. Refund Conditions

Refund will be processed only if the issue is approved by City Furniture.

If the product is checked and found correct, without any genuine issue, a refund will not be provided. If a customer returns a correct product without approval, City Furniture will not be responsible for refund or return charges.
